This community lot blends coffee from smallholder farmers around Jaén, Cajamarca, which keeps the cup consistent year-round and spreads better prices across more producers. It's fermented for 26 to 40 hours, then dried for 16 to 20 days in solar tents, finishing with a light, delicate citrus note.
