Shipping Rates

• Coffee beans (US): $5 flat-rate shipping on every coffee bean order — one bag or five.
• Gear & other items: calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing to your address.
• International: calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. We roast in small batches in Greenpoint, so your beans ship fresh.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, reach out right away via our contact page and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us through our contact page with your order number — we'll make it right.
