A washed Red Bourbon from Busambo's smallholder farmers in Kayanza, Burundi, roasted medium by June Coffee. Cherries are processed at the Umoco washing station with a 12-hour wet fermentation, a second 12-hour fermentation in cement tanks, then 20 to 25 days drying on raised African beds. It's grown in red clay soil at the edge of the Kibira National Forest.
